After sharing the screen space in Golmaal Again , which has emerged as the biggest blockbuster of 2017, Tabu and Ajay Devgn are all set to join hands once again. While their last release was a horror-comedy, their next will be a romantic comedy. The seasoned actress describes the film as being a light-hearted take on relationships. Nothing much is known about the project but, according to reports, it will roll in early 2018. Debutant director Akiv Ali has been entrusted with the responsibility of helming the project. The film will be produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg .

Besides this untitled film, Tabu is also playing an important role in Sriram Raghavan 's upcoming thriller Shoot The Piano Player . The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana is the lead role. He plays a blind man in the film. The team is currently in Pune canning some important scenes.

When asked about the film, Tabu said, "It’s a new genre for me to explore after a long time." Shoot The Piano Player is Sriram Raghavan 's fifth project. He last directed Badlapur with Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles.
