After the success of ‘ Namastey London ’, director Vipul Shah showed his interest in making its sequel and after a gap of 11 years, the movie is now in the pipeline with a title, ‘ Namastey England ’. Unlike ‘ Namastey Londo n’, ‘ Namastey England ’ will have Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in the leads and now it is believed that the film will also have a second actress. Apart from Arjun and Pari, the second female lead will not be seen romancing or as any love interest to someone but will be seen in a crucial seen in the film. A source close to the project revealed, "Yes, the film demands another actress. The girl’s role is written in a way that though it doesn’t have much screen time, it will take the story ahead. She won’t be Arjun’s love interest.” The movie will possibly see the newbie Pooja Hegde as the second lead.

It is believed that the makers were looking for a fresh face to play the second lead and initially the film went to both Pooja and Disha Patani , “While Disha refused the offer, Pooja is likely to be finalized, unless the makers get another heroine on board," the source added. While the hunt for the new face is on, the main leads, Arjun and Pari are busy shooting for Dibakar Banerjee ’s ‘ Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar ’ and their film is slated to release on August 3, 2018. ‘ Namastey England ’ will go on floors once the duo wraps up their ongoing film.
