When the makers were planning a sequel to their Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer blockbuster film Namastey London , it was titled Namastey Canada, as per reports. However, when the sequel was officially announced with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in the primary cast, it was titled Namastey Canada. The latest we hear that the makers have changed their mind again and are going back to the original title of the film. Yes, Namastey Canada has been once again rechristened as Namastey England .

A leading trade magazine reports that the title Namastey England was registered by both Vipul Shah and actor Akshay Kumar , who played the male lead in Namastey London . As this was a joint registration, Shah did not want to get into any kind of issue and therefore renamed the forthcoming installment. Now, the Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer will be called ‘ Namastey England ’, if sources are to be believed.

“The film has got back its original title Namastey England . It will go on the floor mid next year and will release next of 2018,” adds a source.
