    Kajol's comeback venture 'Penoza' helmed by Ram Madhwani has now slipped to Kareena Kapoor

    Kajol has lost her comeback venture 'Penoza' to actress Kareena Kapoor .

    Post her second-pregnancy, Kajol preferred to stay away from the rolling camera to concentrate in the upbringing of her kids- Nyasa and Yug. Just when she felt her kids are settling, she decided to mark her comeback with Ram Madhwani 's 'Penoza', an adaptation of Dutch TV series. But somehow the deal didn't work out and they amicably decided to part their ways. This made Ram Madhwani approach Kareena Kapoor , who was seen sharing screen with Kajol in ' We Are Family '.

    It is said that Kareena has liked the basic premises of the film and is likely to give her nod after going through the entire script. 'Penoza' is the story of a mother who steps into the crime world to protect her three children and trace her husband's killer, who was a mafia-kingpin.
