After directing ' Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu ' starring Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor , the director Shakun Batra is all set to come up with his next with Dharma Productions . In his next, Shakun is planning to feature Imran Khan and Farhan Akhtar as brothers, who are writers and reside at a hill station, reportedly.

The film will narrate about a dysfunctional family and will center upon two brothers. A close source revealed that "Shakun has had several script narrations with Karan and they've finally locked the script. Karan is really impressed and they intend to finalise the cast soon," The source further stated that "They want to cast Farhan Akhtar and Imran Khan as the brothers but they haven't been officially approached yet. Karan has asked everyone involved with the project to keep things under wraps as he is planning to make a big announcement soon,"

In Imran Khan 's debut film ' Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na ', Shakun Batra worked as an assistant director and even appeared in the popular track "Pappu can't dance saala" as Pappu.
