While the actor has majorly appeared in light-hearted and comedy movies, he will next be seen in a completely different avatar in Shoot The Piano Player which is directed by Sriram Raghavan . But there’s one more brilliant filmmaker who has his eyes on Ayushmann. We are talking about Hansal Mehta , who has made films like Shahid , CityLights , Aligarh and many more. According to insiders, Hansal is impressed by Ayushmann’s craft and has admired his choices so he’s planning to cast him in one of his next projects.

Meanwhile, Hansal is looking forward for the release of his upcoming film, Omerta , which will hit the theatres on 04th May. On the other hand, Ayushmann just wrapped Amit Sharma ’s film, Badhaai Ho .
