Undoubtedly, Akshay Kumar is the busiest actor in Btown. Akshay is flooded with work from every side of the corner. From working in Bollywood to Tollywood to small screens, the actor is following the No Break policy. As we know, he is busy promoting ‘ Padman ’ and shooting for the upcoming film ‘ Gold ’ accordingly, a picture got leaked from the sets of the movie ‘ Gold ’. After wrapping up the Bradford schedule, Akshay started the second schedule in Mumbai; a pic got leaked from Wadala cricket ground. As per a leading daily, Akki was shooting the rain sequence at the location. There were around 20 bouncers and dozens of security officers to handle the crowd so that the scene can be completed smoothly.

‘ Gold ’ is an upcoming sports drama film, directed by Reema Kagti , who is known for her work in ‘ Talaash ’. The movie is a biographical drama, based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh Sr., who was on the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948. Apart from Akshay, Kunal Kapoor , Mouni Roy , and Nikita Dutta will be seen in a pivotal role. The film is being made under the banner of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani ’s, Excel Entertainment.

The movie is slated to release on the Independence Day next year, i.e. 15th August 2018.
