Time and again, we have informed our readers that 2018 will be counted as the year of newcomers and now, we have got yet another inductee who is all set to make her big Bollywood debut. The newcomer is Yami Gautam ’s younger sister, Surilie Gautam, who will enter the Hindi film industry with Rajkumar Santoshi ’s period war film, Battle of Saragarhi . The film stars Randeep Hooda as the lead and we don’t think Surilie would have asked for a better debut.

Like a good elder sister, Yami welcomed her little one on Twitter, captioning, “Super excited for my little boo @surilieggautam on her debut “Battle of Saragarhi” with the one and only #rajkumarsantoshi !!”

Meanwhile, Surilie also shared the news on Instagram, captioning, “Super elated and excited to start my first movie with an ace director like Rajkumar Santoshi sir, can’t wait to begin this special journey #battleofsaragarhi #debut #rajkumarsantoshi #randeephooda #blessed #grattitude”

The film also stars Vikramjeet Virk and a release date of the same is awaited.

Interestingly, Akshay Kumar is also making a film ( Kesari ) on the same topic, so both the movies will go down as two of the most anticipated projects.
