Ravi Kishan Biography

Ravi Kishan is an Indian Actor who is experienced of working on Television, Hindi and Bhojpuri Cinema. Ravi Kishan Shukla was born to a family of Pujaris to Shyam Narain Shukla on 17th July, 1971.He is from Jaunpur. He is married to Priti and has two kids.

Ravi started his filmy career way back in 1992 doing some small roles here and there. He played a crucial role in 1996 movie 'Army'. He also acted on television for a while. He entered Bhojpuri films and with the passage of time became a super star there. He acted in Hindi movies simultaneously. He appeared in 'Tere naam', 'Aan', 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Raavana', 'Welcome to Sajjanpur', 'Well Done Abba' and most recently 'Agent Vinod'. To take a break from professional and Personal life he participated in the reality show 'Bigg Boss' and was among last three contestants. After it he has also hosted many TV shows like Ek Se Badhkar Ek, Bathroom Singer, Raaz Pichle Janam Ka. Most recently, he participated in Dance Reality Show Jhalak dikhla Ja. Ravi Kishan owns a Production Company Mahadev Productions which produce Bhojpuri Films. He owns many awards to his credit for his contribution to Bhojpuri Cinema.

Ravi will next appear on big screen with the Hindi Movie 'Zila Ghaziabad' along with Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi and Vivek Oberoi. The film releases on Feb. 22.
