This film is a political action thriller with great star cast. The gang wars, which took place in two groups in the 1980's and in 1990's in Ghaziabad village in India. Being an action-thriller, the flick contains fights, punches and gun shots and tries to encash on the famous genre of films.

Plot : Zila Ghaziabad depicts a real life gang war of the 90's between two groups one led by Satbir Gujjar (Vivek Oberoi) and another led by Mahendra Fauji (Arshad Warsi) in Ghaziabad.
