A few days after the Lawrence Bishnoi gang told Rakhi Sawant that they would kill her if she didn't stay out of Salman Khan's case, she asked the government for Z protection. The gang is said to have "threatened" to kill Salman Khan in Mumbai and warned Rakhi Sawant "not to get involved in the case." The email, which was said to be signed by Gujjar Prince, was called the "last warning." After that, she said that she would soon talk to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh about the same thing.

Rakhi said that if Kangana Ranaut could have safety, so could she. "I am going to meet Modi ji for Z security. I will also be meeting Rajnath (Singh) ji. When they can provide security to Kangana Ranaut, why cannot I get it. She (Kangana) wasn’t even threatened. I received threats. I have the email too," Rakhi said.

Earlier, on April 30, a caller said they would kill the 'Tiger' star. The cops said that the caller was Rocky Bhai and that he was from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. They also said that he was a Gau rakshak, which means "Cow-Vigilante." The same thing is being looked into, and the star's safety has been increased by the cops.

On March 18, the Bandra police filed a first information report (FIR) against Bishnoi, Brar, and Rohit, three thieves, for writing a threatening email to Khan's office. The FIR was made after someone named Prashant Gunjalkar filed a complaint with the police. According to the police, Gunjalkar runs an artist management business and often visits the famous actor's home in Bandra.

When Gunjalkar went to Salman Khan's office on Saturday afternoon, he saw that an email from "Rohit Garg" had come in, the official said, citing the FIR. In the email, it said that Khan must have seen the recent talk Bishnoi gave to a news station, and if he hadn't, he should watch it. Gunjalkar was told that if Salman Khan wanted to end the situation, he should talk to Goldy Bhai face-to-face. It also said, "There is still time, but the next time, he will get a shock." The FIR was filed under the Indian Penal Code's sections 120-B (penalty for criminal plot), 506-II (penalty for criminal threats), and 34 (common purpose).
