Om Raut's new movie, 'Adipurush', has been getting mixed reviews. Even though the movie got bad reviews, it did well at the box office this weekend, crossing the 100 crore mark and making over 340 crores worldwide, according to the experts and reviewers.
Some fans were disappointed with the movie and said that it was Om Raut's fault because he didn't do a good job with it. Veteran actor Mukesh Khanna took it a step further by publicly criticising the movie and calling it a big joke. Khanna called out the movie's writer, Manoj Muntashir, for the speech and said that history would remember this.
Well, amid so many controversies, we stumbled upon yet another scoop where a leading portal reported that Prabhas, who played the role of Lord Ram, was reluctant to play the part. Prabhas was sceptical about playing Lord Ram and as he was unsure, Om Raut had to charter a plane to get to Hyderabad from Mumbai to narrate the entire story and how it will be executed. Prabhas accepted the offer after that.
Om Raut revealed the same in a media interview. He had approached the ‘Baahubali’ actor for the same during the pandemic.
