Disney+ Hotstar to unveil trailer for Ajay Devgn’s Rudra: The Edge of Darkness tomorrow

The trailer for the upcoming crime web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness, starring Ajay Devgn and Raashii Khanna in principal roles, will be released tomorrow on Disney+ Hotstar.

The show will be a treat for Ajay Devgn fans as he will be portraying the role of a cop, which he is well versed with due to his most popular roles, Officer Bajirao in Singham (2011) and Superintendent Amit Kumar in Gangaajal (2003).

The makers of the show announced the trailer's release on Friday, (January 28th). They shared the poster of the series with the caption, "Crime is officially out of time. #HotstarSpecials #Rudra - Trailer out tomorrow only on disneyplushotstar #RudraTrailerTomorrow #RudraOnHotstar."

The show is directed by Rajesh Mapuskar and is produced by Applause Entertainment. It will be the OTT debut for Ajay Devgn. Sharing his intriguing look from the show, Ajay wrote, "Criminal Law Todta Hai Aur Main Criminals Ko" (Criminals break the law and I break criminals).

According to reports, the story is based on a murder, and Ajay, as the cop, will chase the killer. The premise of the show is based on the British TV show, namely, Luther (2010).
