The current storyline of the popular show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,' which stars Harshad Chopda, Pranali Rathod, and Karishma Sawant, has been fascinating people. In the most recent episode, Akshara's mental health gets worse when Abhir leaves her. This is a heartbreaking turn of events. She is so confused that she thinks Abhir's friend is Abhir and brings him back to Kasauli with her.
Abhimanyu goes to the Goenka house, determined to bring Akshara and Abhir back together. But things get worse when the Goenkas tell him how angry they are that he took Abhir away from Akshara and Abhimanyu. Even though people told her not to, Akshara kept treating Kabir as her own Abhir. This made things tense when the child's parents came with the cops to get him back.
In the middle of the chaos, Abhinav begs them to understand that Akshara's mind is weak and to forgive him. When Abhinav finds out that Akshara has a high fever, things get worse and become more worried. The Goenkas talk to Abhinav to find out how Akshara is doing, and Abhimanyu listens in on their chat. He is worried, so he prays for help and decides that Abhir and Akshara should not be kept apart.
Manjari, on the other hand, thinks that Akshara might be acting sick to get Abhir back. Still, Abhimanyu is sure that Akshara is telling the truth, which makes Abhir nervous when he overhears them talking.
In the next episode, a doctor tells Abhinav that Akshara's health could get worse if her fever doesn't go away. Abhir does something brave and runs away from the Birla house to find Abhinav and Akshara. When Akshara senses that Abhir is in trouble, she worries more and more.
The situation gets worse when Abhir loses consciousness and is hidden in a box and taken away in an unknown truck.
