After much anticipation, Bigg Boss, the audience's favourite reality show, will officially debut its new season today, October 1. The show's creators are piquing viewers' curiosity as the new season is set to premiere today by posting back-to-back ads for the show featuring host Salman Khan. Additionally, they unveiled brand-new advertisements by sneaking a glance at the show's contestants.

While the contestant has not been officially announced, the glimpses have given us a hint of who the confirmed contestants are. At the launch event of Bigg Boss last week, Abdu Rozik was presented as the first confirmed contestant for this season. He is 3ft tall and an 18 years old famous singer from Tajikistan. Salman Khan is seen leading a female contestant onto the stage in a recent Bigg Boss 16 promo. The contestant's identity was correctly identified by many viewers in the comments section as Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Indian actress and model Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was among the TOP 12 in 2018’s Femina Miss India. The promo showing rapper MC Stan being brought on for the performance was released on Wednesday.
Other confirmed contestants for the show are Uttaran fame Tina Datta and Sreejita Das, Director Sajid Khan, Shalin Bhanot, Manya Singh, Soundarya Sharma, and Sumbul Touqueer Khan. Kanika Mann, Shivin Narang, Surbhi Jyothi, and Prakruti Mishra are also reported to be contestants in the show.
The house reveal was done by the show and media people were allowed to give the audience a peek into the house. Bigg Boss 16's Weekend ka Vaar episodes will air on Friday and Saturday rather than Saturday and Sunday, Salman Khan revealed at the show's launch. Even if the real reason for the change in Weekend ka Vaar times is still unknown, viewers may expect something rather exciting on Sunday episodes of Bigg Boss 16.
