Bigg Boss OTT fame Uorfi Javed, known for her wacky sartorial choices, made headlines after reports surfaced that she has been detained by Dubai Police for wearing 'too revealing' clothes.

The social media star later rubbished these reports and even posted a mocking video of herself behind the bars, to ridicule naysayers.

While Uorfi fans have appreciated this, a comment made by Indian Hockey player Yuvraj Walmiki irked the actress and she gave him a befitting reply.

'Foot in the mouth' moment for Yuvraj Walmiki

Walmiki, after learning about Javed's apparent detention in Dubai, had written in the comment section of a post: "Thank you Dubai Please Keep Her Forever Kind Regards". To this, Uorfi replied: "oh btw still got the screenshots of the msgs you sent me and 99999 other girls ;)".

"got so much problem with my clothes but still be in my dms!", she further added.

While a visibly flushed Yuvraj had nothing to say (except putting out a laughing emoji in reaction), netizens shamed him for his harsh, unsavory comments on Uorfi.

While it was a 'foot in the mouth' moment for the Hockey player, Uorfi was the one who had the last laugh.

Uorfi Javed had earlier slammed Chetan Bhagat for his sexist remarks

Noteworthy, this is not the first time Uorfi has shut out people for mocking her clothes and style. A while back, she had got into a Twitter war with writer Chetan Bhagat after the latter said that she is 'distracting the youth of this country'.

Reacting to this, Javed wrote on Instagram, "Men like him will always blame the women than accept their own shortcomings. Stop promoting rape culture you sickos out there. Blaming women's clothes for the behaviour of men is so 80s Mr Chetan Bhagat. Who was distracting the youth when you messaged girls half your age?"

"People like you are misleading the youth, not me. Encouraging men to put the blame on women or their clothing when they are not at fault," she added.
