The Kapil Sharma Show has a significant fan base and has been the most watched show on television. In honour of actor-comedian Raju Srivastava, who passed away recently, Kapil Sharma is teaming up with some of the most well-known stand-up comedians on TV to host a special episode of his show. The special episode's promo, which Kapil uploaded on his social media accounts on Tuesday, depicts the comedians getting together to honor Raju in the way that he would have wanted—with laughter and fun.
The promo video starts out with Sunil Pal, Ehsaan Qureshi, Khayali, Sudesh Lehri, Naveen Prabhakar, and other well-known stand-up comedians entering The Kapil Sharma Show sets with Kapil. Kapil continues, "Whenever Raju Bhai's name is spoken, one can't help but smile. He would have preferred that I believe. So today, we will remember him and pay tribute to him while laughing. "The promo then features the comedians performing some of their most well-known routines on stage, including Sunil Pal bringing back some of his most well-known acts from The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and Naveen performing his iconic "pehchaan kaun" act. The caption of the promo read, "A tribute to our beloved #rajusrivastava bhai this weekend only on SonyTV."
