Shoaib Ibrahim accepted parenthood on June 21, the day following his 36th birthday. The actor and his wife Dipika Kakar had their first kid, a boy. They both worked in 'Sasural Simar Kaa' and instantly fell in love with one another. They soon were engaged in 2018 and are now joyful parents of a baby boy.

But the reason their infant is in an incubator is that he is a preterm baby. Shoaib recently discussed the preterm delivery of his baby with Dipika in an interview.

Shoaib Ibrahim didn't mention his newborn child much in an interview. He did, however, note that, "You guys know that Dipika and I are blessed with a baby boy. But I won't be able to talk more than that. It's a premature baby and in an incubator. So I want all of you to pray for the baby."

Speaking candidly about his birthday celebration, the actor remarked, "More than me, my family gets more excited for my birthday. But yes, everyone likes pampering. At my home, everyone does that. Riza and Rehaan did a whole countdown for my birthday. I have come to the set after my birthday. We celebrated together on set."
