Sasural Simar Ka fame Shoaib Ibrahim has been missing from the small screen for some years now. The actor has been a part of shows like Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai Nach Baliye 8, and was last seen in the popular show Ishq Mein Marjawan. But the handsome actor is making a comeback on small screens with his new show ‘Ajooni’. The actor plays a role that has never been seen before by the audience. In a recent interview, the actor recently discussed his experiences with the pandemic and his battles with mental illness. He discussed how he battled through everything and returned to performing.

The actor discussed the pandemic and the value of mental health while discussing his return to the big screen. Shoaib said, “Patience is the key to his mental health. Another aspect is to be content with what and where we are. Wishes and wants never end but how we choose to handle our minds is on us. My father was ill at that time, so I didn’t take up any work. I wanted to be close to my near and dear ones and that is how I have come back stronger,”

When questioned about his experience with the pandemic, Shoaib said that he used the time to think back and reflect. He continued by saying that he had created a YouTube channel to record all the special moments he had shared with his loved ones during the pandemic. The pandemic was difficult on everyone, he continued. He only wanted to bring a little joy in these difficult times with his YouTube account.

About his new show, the main character in Ajooni is a young woman from a middle-class household who is quite straightforward. Rajveer, who is portrayed by Shoaib Ibrahim, is an educated Punjabi man and an obstinate son. It will be entertaining to observe what happens when the spoiled, gullible Rajveer and the gullible, innocent Ajooni come face to face.
