Sheezan Mohammed Khan is a well-known television actor best recognized for his portrayals of Ali Baba in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul and young Akbar/Sultan Murad Mirza in Jodha Akbar. During the filming of the television show "Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul" on December 24, 2022, Tunisha Sharma, Sheezan's purported girlfriend, was discovered dead. A day later, Khan, 27, was arrested for allegedly aiding in her suicide.
Sharma committed suicide on the teleserial sets built in Naigaon in Vasai Town, and Sheezan Khan was detained by the Waliv Police Station on suspicion of aiding and abetting the crime.
Khan and Sharma were in a relationship, but it ended just a few weeks before Sharma passed away, allegedly as a result of her being mentally unstable.
Later, Tunisha's mother Vanita Sharma and uncle Pawan Sharma demanded the arrest of Khan and his family on accusations of aiding suicide after alleging that they had been pressuring Tunisha to adopt Islamic rituals and other claims that had caused her to commit herself.

On December 24 of last year, Sheezan Khan's life took an unexpected turn. He was charged with aiding the suicide of his co-star and ex-girlfriend Tunisha Sharma after she committed suicide, according to her mother. The following day, he was taken into custody and held for 70 days. He discovered he had been replaced on his TV show Ali Baba after being released on bail.
