Shagun Sharma to romance Zebby Singh in Colors’ next?

According to reports, Shagun Sharma has bagged a new show. The gorgeous actress, who is currently playing the female lead on Star Bharat’s Sasural Genda Phool 2, will next star in producers Rajesh Ram Singh and Pradeep Kumar’s upcoming offering on Colors.

If reports are to be believed, Papa By Chance fame Zebby Singh is likely to play the male lead on the untitled show by Cockcrow and Shaika Entertainment. Now, the news is coming in that Shagun Sharma will most likely romance Singh.

Sharma is expected to sign on the dotted line soon as her ongoing show Sasural Genda Phool 2 is ending on April 15. Launched with much fanfare, the show failed to replicate the success of its predecessor as hence, the makers have decided to pull it off-air.

Sharma made her television debut with Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan before landing the popular role of Richa Thakur in the Colors’ Tu Aashiqui.

Cockcrow and Shaika Entertainment is known for backing such successful shows as Choti Sarrdaarni on Colors, Kaamna on Sony Entertainment Television, and Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin on Star Plus.
