Priyanka Chahar Choudhary REVEALS Her RELATIONSHIP STATUS With Ankit Gupta; Says 'Mujhe Woh Hamesha Se Pasand Tha..’

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, who made her television debut in a supporting role in Colors TV's ‘Gathbandhan’, is currently one of the most well-liked actors and actresses on television. She first gained notoriety after portraying the title character Tejo in the film ‘Udaariyaan’, but Salman Khan's contentious reality series ‘Bigg Boss 16’ helped make her a household figure. Although she finished as the second runner-up on the wildly popular show in February of this year, her fans have been eagerly awaiting the announcement of her upcoming major projects.

The persistent reports that she is dating Ankit Gupta, who is now conquering hearts as Jahaan in ‘Junooniyatt’, have persisted throughout all of this. They are terrific friends, as Priyanka Chahar Choudhary reiterated in a recent interview when asked about the persistent relationship claims. She said during an interview that, "Yeh rishta bilkul ek pyaari si dosti kehlata hai guys. Mai honestly batau, he's a very good friend of mine. Kuch rishte na aapko pata nahi hote, Ankit ne kabhi nahi socha hoga ki meri usse itni acchi dosti ho jaegi. Mujhe to hamesha se pasand tha, mujhe use chedna pasand tha. Mereko accha dost pehle se lagne laga tha wo. Lekin wo logon se thoda distance pe rehta hai na." "But then, later he realised ki yaar acchi hai. Toh ye rishta poora dosti ka hai usse zyaada kuch nahi hai," she added.

When the actress was asked about the common phrase "friendship is the first stage of love," she responded, "Pyaar, dosti definitely ho sakti hai maybe logon ke liye. But, I can't say anything, matlab he's a friend and we're not thinking about anything right now. Because he's busy in his work, I'm busy with my work. So, we both are working, we both are happy. We talk to each other, we tell each other ki kya raha, kaisa raha tera din. So, that's how we are. Like, we have a very good bond, good friends."

The persistent speculations about Priyanka and Ankit's relationship status have no effect on her, she said, adding, "Dekho, rumours jo chal rahe hai, chalte rehne do. At the end, dekho, suno sabki karo man ki. It's not about that also. But, aapko pata hai kya cheez hai. Ab waha par 10 jan jo bhi baat bolenge, unko waisa soch rahe hai, shayad unko waisa dikh raha hai, jo bhi hai. But, humein pata hai ki kya hai sach. I think, wo humei nahi batane ki zaroorat hai kisiko jab do logon ke beech ki baat hai. Aise mujhe kabhi bother nahi karte koi bhi rumour ya anything. I'm like, it's fine, bring it on."

Priyanka's participation on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’ is finalised, according to multiple sources from last month. She will join Shiv Thakare and Archana Gautam, two other ‘Bigg Boss 16’ contestants, on the show. She apparently decided to leave the show and is currently concentrating on acting ventures.

She is reportedly receiving several excellent offers in the wake of ‘Bigg Boss 16’, but she has not yet decided on her next undertaking.
