Bharti Singh doesn't require an introduction; the comedian has made great strides thanks to her talent and perseverance. She has demonstrated that if a person knows what they want in life, nothing can stop them from achieving it. Bharti welcomed a son into the world after getting married to the love of her life, Haarsh Limbachiyaa. She recently admitted that she was unaware that her labour pains began during a reality programme production.
Despite being pregnant, Bharti Singh continued to work. In a recent interview, the actor-host revealed that her labour pains began while she was hosting The Khatra Khatra Show. Bharti remembered: “Jab main Khatra Khatra kar rahi thi toh mujhe labour pain start ho gaye the. Main stage pe thi (When I first felt labour pains, I was on the sets of Khatra Khatra.)”
In a discussion, Bharti reflected on that day and remarked, “In the first pregnancy, you don’t realise that this is labour pain so I thought I’ll call the doctor after the shot. I thought that maybe it’s because I’m standing a lot while hosting the game show. So I called the doctor and said that there is a pain but it is not constant, it’s coming and going and the doctor said this is labour pain. When it starts happening every 15 minutes, you should come in.”
After finishing the day's shooting, Bharti Singh revealed that she returned home. “Then at around 4-5 am, it was time to go to the hospital. So me and Haarsh, we did not bother anyone, didn’t call anyone, no staff members, no parents. We took our bag, he got the car ready and we left,” she said. They did not want to annoy anyone, Bharti continued. “We were thinking, why bother anyone? We are going for a good thing.” The comedian claimed that Haarsh called everyone to let them know they were at the hospital as soon as she entered the delivery room.
Just 12 days after giving birth to her son Laksh, Bharti began working. She remembered, “Tab bhi logo ko bahut zyada problem ho gayi thi (People had a lot of problem with this)” Bharti had responded to the trolls at the time by saying, “Hum koi upar se utri hui pariya nhi hai jo rest karengi, kyunki bahut sari working women hoti hai jo ek hafte ke baccho ko chod kar kaam par jaati hai (We are not unique in receiving a home-based rest period. Many working women leave their one-week-old kids at home to go back to work.)”
