Karan Johar is a Bollywood producer and filmmaker who is well-known in the industry. But it's hosting Koffee With Karan that he excels at. This is one of the most popular chat shows, with a large fan base. The guests who appear on the couch and the revelations that they make have always made this show a headline story. Everyone was looking forward to the next season, but it does not seem like it will be released. KJo made an unexpected announcement, stating that his talk show would be discontinued.

Karan Johar announced on social media today, 'with a heavy heart,' that the celebrity chat show will not be returning to television. He wrote in his note, "Hello, Koffee With Karan has been a part of my life, and yours, for 6 seasons now. I'd like to think we've made an impact and even found our place in pop culture history. And so, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that Koffee with Karan will not be returning (sic)."

There were rumors that the show might return shortly with a new season, with newlyweds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor as the first guests, but Karan Johar has now put an end to those rumors.

The second-longest-running talk show, Koffee With Karan, began broadcasting on November 19, 2004. On March 17, 2019, the show wrapped up its sixth and final season.
