The Kapil Sharma Show team including Kapil Sharma, Krishna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Sumona Chakraborty are currently touring North America. They left once the show's third season concluded. However, the comedian has run into trouble for breaking the terms of his 2015 North American tour. According to a report, Sai USA Inc has sued Kapil for failing to appear in one of the six shows for which he was paid.
Amit Jaitly, the Head of Sai USA Inc., a New Jersey-based company, is said to have shared a report on the case on Facebook. The post stated, "SAI USA INC FILES THE LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR Breach of contract in 2015." He added that Kapil had promised to make up for the loss.
Jaitly revealed to a news portal, "He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court.'' The report states that a New York court is currently hearing the case. He will "definitely" face legal repercussions, according to Sai USA Inc.
Kapil and his group have already performed in Toronto and Vancouver as part of their current North American tour. A few glimpses of Kapil's tour have been posted on social media.
