Hina Khan gets emotional as she remembers her dad on Father’s day; pens a sweet note

Father's Day (June 19) is a day when everyone expresses their affection for their father in some way. Bollywood actress Hina Khan is missing her father Aslam Khan dearly, as she shared an emotional yet heartwarming statement with a series of photos today. For the unversed, the actress lost her father due to cardiac arrest last year.

Taking to Instagram, the Hacked (2020) actress shared a few flashback photos with her father. Hina can be seen celebrating her birthday with her father in one photo and being held up in her father's arms in another. Sharing the pictures, she captioned, "You my Father. My Daddy. My Hero. I celebrate u everyday. My strength. My Lifeline. My World..".

Hina returned to India after a spectacular red carpet debut at Cannes 2022. By writing 'Daddy's Strong Girl' on the Prague Graffiti Wall, she paid an emotional tribute to her father. She shared a photo of the special moment on Instagram, writing, "Can't miss writing this... Anywhere and everywhere… My strength, My Father… Hina Aslam Khan D/o Mohd. Aslam Khan…Graffiti wall Prague… #Daddy’sStrongGirl, Miss you tons.”

For the uninitiated, Hina and her father had an extremely close bond. She shared snippets of the father-daughter combo doing household chores together during the lockdown. They did everything from cleaning vegetables to making masks at home to cooking delicious dinners together.

After her father's sudden and devastating death, the actress took a break from the digital world and only returned when she felt better.
