‘Adipurush’, a recently produced film based on the character of Lord Ram, has stirred up a lot of controversy. However, there was a time when viewers of the ‘Ramayana’ television series actually saw Ram, Laxman, and Sita as Gods. Many things are being stated about the television series on social media, particularly in relation to its dialogue. In real life, people started stroking the feet of Dipika Chikhlia, who played Sita, and Arun Govil, who played Ram in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana.

Her family declined the opportunity for her to work as a child artist in a serial because they believed that her education shouldn't be disrupted. After completing her education, she started a career in film. She made her acting debut in Rajshree Banner's "Sun Meri Laila" from 1983.

She secured contracts for movies like ‘Scream’ and’ Raat Ke Darkhe’. She contributed some truly amazing scenes to these films. One of these was the incident in the bathtub that was mentioned. Despite having a gorgeous look, Dipika opted to compromise and start acting in a lot of mediocre movies because she couldn't find work.
