With their flashback photo, Priyanka Chopra extended her support for Mannara Chopra and wished her 'good luck' for her Bigg Boss 17 adventure on Friday. Mannara's mother, Priyanka's father, and Parineeti Chopra's father are all brothers and sisters. The cousins are quite close and have mentioned each other in interviews and on social media. Mannara told a news agency in 2018 that all 14 of her cousins, who reside in different cities and countries, discuss information about their daily lives in a WhatsApp group.
"We are extremely close-knit and keep in touch with each other all the time," Mannara Chopra said. “We're 14 cousins, and we have a WhatsApp group named 'The Chopras' for family relatives. We are aware of what is going on in each other's lives. We are required to post photos from wherever we are. Because several of our cousins are always traveling, we also exchange images from our adventures."
Priyanka expressed her best wishes for Mannara's ‘Bigg Boss 17’ journey on Instagram Stories, writing, "Throwback to little Mannara Chopra. Good luck, tiny one (emojis of a crimson heart, folded hands, and flexed biceps)." Priyanka had uploaded an old photo of herself from the Miss World 2000 event. Priyanka was wearing the Miss World crown and posing with a young Mannara in the flashback shot.
Mannara had previously stated in an interview with a news outlet that she did not seek advice from cousins Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra before joining the 'Bigg Boss 17' house.
"Nobody in my family is aware that I intend to compete on Bigg Boss," the actor explained. "Whatever decisions I've made in my life have been totally autonomous and have not been discussed or influenced by anyone. For the most of my life, I have found a job through a series of trials and auditions. And I'm rather pleased with myself. I don't go about telling folks what I'm up to on a personal level."
