Bigg Boss 16 never fails to give drama and controversy. In a recent show episode, Sumbul's father, Touqeer Khan, told his daughter that show Shalin and Tina their aukaad. Many Bigg Boss fans feel that it is unfair to other house contestants. She gets a chance to speak with her father every time. Many fans have raised fingure on it. Shalin and Tina's parents also commented on it.

Shalin Bhanot's father's reaction:-

Shalin's father says it is this way to speak on national television. The topic of making unjustified comments about the Bigg Boss contestants on national television is a very cheap way. The most surprising thing is that such comments and abuses were not deleted from the show. He also added that Sumbul is an adult; she should not have sent her on the show. Then the format should be applied to every contestant. Outside should not be sent to any contestant. It is unacceptable.

Tina's mother's response:-

Tina's mother broke down in tears when she saw her daughter being humiliated and abused on national television. She dropped her video on Tina's social media profile. She asked the viewers how this is appropriate to degrade someone's integrity and insult on a public platform. She questioned viewers that it is the parent's advice to the child to show someone their 'Aukat' and how it will be appreciated.

On the weekend ka war, Salman Khan also said Sumbul is obsessed with Shalin. Because of how she acted when Sahlin fought with MC Stan and Shiv Thakare. Sumbul started crying, and Shalin tried to defend her, saying she was younger than him.
