Big Boss 16 Day 42 Written Update: Tina Datta receives an apology from Shalin Bhanot for being compared to Soundarya

With each passing day, Bigg Boss 16 is proving to be entertaining. Themes, contenders, and winners change from season to season, but one thing never changes: who owns the kitchen. This season is no different in that consideration. Needless to say, last night's show was loaded with drama. Abdu Rozik was observed missing home as Tina Datta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary continued their argument about who should be in charge of the kitchen. Not to mention that Archana Gautam was eliminated from the competition after a fight with Shiv Thakare.

What happened in Bigg Boss 16's previous episode ?

1. Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Tina Datta got into a screaming match.

Tina's interruption of Priyanka when her rotis were baking was the beginning of it all. To prepare rice, Tina removed the tawa from the stove twice without telling her.

2. Tina was accommodating in the kitchen, so Priyanka was astonished to find her lack of decency in failing to inform her. The housemates were later informed by the Uttaran actress that their rice deliveries would be delayed.

3. After losing her temper and apologising, Priyanka explained that Tina started cooking after she should have, which was why the rice was late. Tina, who was clearly incensed, added that she didn't want to dispute with Priyanka because she frequently repeats herself. She put into practise the 'bossy' comment made by Sumbul Touqeer. By claiming that Tina is domineering and dominates in the kitchen, she was able to figure her out. Who will now control the kitchen? Time will only tell.

4. In the Bigg Boss 16 house, love is put to the test.

According to appearances, not everything is perfect in Soundarya Sharma and Gautam Singh Vig's paradise. Gori Nagori was told by Soundarya in private that she was examining the sincerity of Gautam's devotion to her. As was to be expected, this didn't sit well with Gautam, who was seen throughout the programme sporting a glum expression.

Shalin appears eager to escalate the situation by apologising to Tina for comparing her to Soundarya.
