BB 16: Sumbul Touqueer’s father bashes Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta for playing with his daughter’s feelings

Since the October 1st premiere of Bigg Boss 16, contestants have given it all they've got to get viewers' attention. The show is already at the top of the TRP charts and has been getting excellent reviews because it features so many popular and known celebrity faces. This season's new themes and segments have sent the program to the top of everyone's watchlist. The Bigg Boss 16 housemates will have a special guest video call to them on the upcoming episode. But it won't be a pleasant chat. According to a new episode promo aired by Colors TV, star Sumbul Touqeer's father chastises Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta for how he treated her at the house.

The show has long been the topic of discussion over Sumbul and Shalin's purported romantic relationship. Her father, though, seemed to be very upset with her. Touqeer Hasan Khan, Sumbul's father, is seen talking to Sumbul via video call in the promo. He warns her saying, "Now, I am afraid of how pure-hearted you are," in Hindi. Consider the state of the world. There are contradictions everywhere. She is quite pure-hearted, he continues, turning to face Shalin. What, however, did you do? You should assume that she is a little girl who is hugging you for the first time. You ought to have treated her like a younger sister in that manner. However, tumne tamasha bana diya uska (but you made a joke out of her).

Since the beginning of the show, viewers and even the contestants have talked about the relationship between Sumbul and Shalin. A lot of people questioned whether they were developing feelings for one another. However, everything became apparent when Tina directly questioned Shalin about it and he awoke awake.
