With eight shows ranking in the top 10 shows, Star Plus maintained its lead in the TRP charts. Colours maintained steady but failed to attract the viewers it did during Bigg Boss 16 as Zee TV came in at number two. With the exception of ‘Udaariyaan’ and ‘Naagin 6’, none of the fictional programmes are produced by the channel. India's Best Dancer, a brand-new programme from Sony TV, debuted with an average rating of 1.2.

In the first week, ‘Sapon Ki Chhalaang’ received 0.2 average viewers, compared to 0.3 for Tina Datta's ‘Hum Rahe Na Rahe’. While Shalin Bhanot and Eisha Singh's ‘Bekaboo’ could only manage a rating of one, ‘Junooniyatt’ and ‘Naagin 6’ stayed consistent.
