Anupamaa Update: Adhik informs Paakhi that they both require a break, which Paakhi misinterprets as SEPARATION! More drama comes into play...

The day begins with Barkha tending to a feverish Adhik, who is ill due to the ongoing stress and tensions around him.

He goes to the dining table to eat when he is hungry. That's when Barkha begins to express her concerns to Adhik. Dimpy brings a paratha to a stressed Adhik, who is not eating anything, which Paakhi notices from the door.

She walks inside the Kapadia House and starts a conversation with Adhik that develops into a heated confrontation. Anuj orders everyone to shut up and act appropriately if they want to stay in his house after noticing the disturbance. At that point, Adhik advises Paakhi to remain apart, take a break, and think clearly about what they want to do.

As usual, Paakhi misinterprets Adhik's words and feelings and storms out of there, making her way to Shah House. She returns home sobbing furiously, hugs her father Vanraj, and ‘narrates’ how Adhik mistreated her and his choice to end their relationship. Anupamaa and Kaavya then have a phone conversation in which Kaavya complains that she and Anuj are strangers despite being related. Kaavya instructs Anupama to look after herself and the ‘golden-hearted’ Anuj. Anupamaa brightens as she says, ‘I feel thrilled hearing positive things about Anuj.’

SPOILER ALERT: A fiercely determined Paakhi will lock herself in the room in the upcoming episode. Adhik and their family begin pounding on the door and pleading with Paakhi to open it out of concern for her. In contrast, Anupamaa is dancing with chhoti Anu as part of her school picnic while utterly unconscious of anything going on.
