Pakhi recently threatened to kill herself due to the stress of her relationship with Adhik.

Pakhi, according to Vanraj and Shah Parivaar, is Anupamaa's responsibility. It has not pleased the fans. Vanraj promises to look for his family and Pakhi at one point, but when things go wrong, concerns are raised about Anupamaa. Isn't it time that Anupamaa took control of her life and put her family first with Anuj Kapadia? Anupamaa appears to need to give her life more of her attention. Wasn't it the main plot point in any case?
