The popular ZEE TV show Meet has been attracting quite a lot of eyeballs lately. A lot of drama is happening on the show to keep the audience hooked to their television sets. Recently, the makers introduced a new character Shantanu Rana, who is set to create trouble in several people’s lives.

The character of Shantanu Rana, who is the rich and spoilt brat, is played by talented actor Ankit Vyas. Talking about the same, he told a publication, “While I feel grateful to be back on TV after a short break, I am even more thrilled to play the role of Shanty Rana in Zee TV’s Meet. He is the spoilt and egoistic son of a politician, who has no respect for girls and anyone who is below his social status.”

He went on to add, “Shanty is an out-and-out negative guy who can change his behaviour in front of people effortlessly and fool them. I must say that my character’s negativity will leave everyone shocked beyond belief as such a part hasn’t ever been written! I am quite excited about this part, and I hope people like me in this new role.”

Meet airs every Monday to Saturday, at 7.30 pm, only on Zee TV.
