Amitabh Bachchan remembers narrating Satyajit Ray's film on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’
Amitabh Bachchan is back in the form of a host on the much loved quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’. The show gives members of society an opportunity to win large sums of money upon answering general knowledge questions correctly within the rules. The show has enjoyed the megastar as its host and so do the viewers. The show started its new season on television from the 7th of August. The first episode was in celebration of Indian heroes, particularly 'Protectors of India' and those who represented the country on international levels.

When the correct answer was given Amitabh Bachchan shared a moment from his career. In 1977 he gave a super hit bollywood film 'Shatranj Ke Khilari'. The film was directed by the greatest auteurs of Indian cinema, Satyajit Ray. Amitabh recalled how graciously he had narrated the iconic film.
The first episode of the show hosted Aamir Khan and Major D.P. Singh, a veteran of the Kargil War, and Col. Mitali Madhumita, a recipient of the Sena Medal Gallantry on the hot seats. The guests donated their winning to Army Central Welfare.
