Recently, we have reported about the popular SAB TV show Chidiya Ghar going off-air. The show had constantly been slipping on the TRP meter and hence the makers had decided to pull the plug on it. But the latest news is that the channel has changed its mind and has given a short extension to it. One of the longest and most successful TV show will keep tickling the funny bones of the audience for some more days.

Produced by Garima Productions, the show started its journey on 28th November 2011. It always fetched good numbers for the channel, but in the last couple of months, the show failed to bring in the required numbers and hence the channel had decided to end it. The show was expected to air its last episode on 21 September but now it will beam its last episode on 2 October.

Confirming the development, Aditi Sajwan, the female lead of the show, shared, “Yes, our show has got an extension of few more days. I am happy that Chidiya Ghar has entertained viewers for many years. If we get an extension, it will be a bonus and if it doesn’t get, it is fine. We are happy with the kind of love and adulation we have received from fans.”

Chidiya Ghar also stars Rajendra Gupta , Paresh Ganatra, and Shafaq Naaz among others.
