    Poonam Preet all set to join the cast of ‘Naamkarann’!

    Actress Poonam Preet has been roped in to play Neil’s ex- love Juhi in the Star Plus show Naamkarann.

    Naamkarann, one of the most popular shows on Star Plus, will soon witness a new entry. Beautiful actress Poonam Preet , who last appeared in the ZEE TV show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, has been roped in to play Juhi, the ex- love interest of Neil.

    If a source close to the development is to be believed, a love triangle is on the cards. “This introduction will spice up affairs as there will be a love triangle in the show with Juhi coming in as Neil’s blast from the past. As for Juhi, she will be a very simple girl who will be very positive in mindset. She will be a God-fearing and emotional person. She would have had a rough past, which will get revealed in the upcoming track,” reveals a source.

    Poonam has confirmed her entry in the show. Talking to an entertainment portal she said, “Juhi is Neil’s ex-girlfriend. It is an interesting role. It feels great to be back with Star Plus after Ek Hasina Thi. Also, I always wanted to play a positive character. After Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, I was very clear that I wanted to play a lead or parallel lead and I have waited for it patiently with the faith that I will grab something like this soon.”

    Naamkarann airs on Star Plus.
