Laado 2 – Veerpur Ki Mardaani to feature Marathi actress Saii Ranade in its ensemble cast!

Saii Ranade, who has worked in many Marathi shows like Kasturi, Vahinisaheb and Kulavadhu, has been now roped in for Colors' upcoming show ‘Laado 2 – Veerpur Ki Mardaani’. Saii is known for her powerful performances in Marathi cinema, as well as TV circuit. She will play an extremely positive character in the show. Though she is placed opposite Dakssh Singh, the main antagonist, she will be seen in all positive shade.

‘Laado 2 – Veerpur Ki Mardaani’ is a sequel to ‘Na Aana Is Des Laado’, which aired on Colors TV from March 2009 till July 2012. The prequel was an eye-opener to the Indian society, as it was based on a very sensitive topic; the show portrays various social evils practised in India against women.

A credible source gives us further info, “She will be part of Balwant Singh’s (Rituraj) family. Her character name will be Meera. She will portray the role of Dakssh Ajit Singh’s onscreen wife.”

Laado 2 – Veerpur Ki Mardaani has on board popular actors Avika Gor, Palak Jain, Adhvik Mahajan, Meghna Malik, Kanwar Dhillon, Shaleen Malhotra, Shoaib Ibrahim, Ekta Kaul, Ankit Raj, Zalak Desai and Gulfam Khan.
