A few months ago, ace comedian Kapil Sharma took a break from the small screen. His popular show The Kapil Sharma Show went off-air. Though there were several issues around the show and its future, Kapil ensured the audience that he would return after the release of his upcoming film, ‘ Firangi ’, which will hit the screens on 1st December. Now buzz has it that Kapil will be seen in a brand new avatar on his parent channel Sony Entertainment. If sources are to be believed, the comedian will bring all the actors from the previous show, except for Sunil Grover . We all know the ugly controversy between Kapil and Sunil, which happened a couple of months back and since then, Sunil has cleared that he’s in no mood to work again with Kapil.

Kapil’s team tried to ask Sunil to come onboard, but Sunil rejected the offer. A source close to Kapil informed a leading daily, “Grover repeatedly turned down overtures from Kapil Sharma’s team for reconciliation. Mind you, Kapil never directly approached Grover for a patch-up. It was only Kapil’s team. But Grover didn’t respond. He was on his own trip. He wanted to leverage the incident to establish a solo career. When he got Salman Khan’s support Grover was convinced he was on the right track. Salman, for reasons best known to him, boycotted Kapil’s show to promote Tubelight, and preferred to do an hour-long special with Sunil Grover. Nothing more has been heard off Grover’s career since then.”
