Indian television has seen some jaw-dropping dance reality shows in the last few years. Contestants and winners of these shows are not only getting a chance to showcase their talent to the world, but most of them even end up becoming choreographers also. One such ongoing show is ‘Super Dancer Chapter 2’, which is a Sony TV kids dance reality show and is judged by Shilpa Shetty , Geeta Kapoor and Anurag Basu . Though it’s an out and out dance-based show, a contestant of the show has bagged a movie project from Anurag Basu . Basu has offered a role to a 10-year-old contestant Misthi Sinha, in one of his upcoming films.

Basu made this comment on the live show and later confirmed in a statement saying, “I foresee a great actress in Misthi. She is not only a good dancer but a fabulous performer. With her innocence, energy, and expressions, she owns the stage. This is what made me offer a role to Misthi. It's a promise that I made to her on the national television. I will ensure this happens. The only condition is that she should not compromise on her studies," he added.
