‘Balika Vadhu’ fame Fahad Ali to make his comeback with a Star Bharat show!

The newly launched GEC, Star Bharat, is leaving no stone unturned in building its viewer base and pose a tough competition to other rival channels. We all know that the channel launched an array of new shows upon its launch. Besides those shows, Star Bharat has a number of other shows in its bouquet that are waiting for their launch. Now we hear that Fireworks Productions, which is known for producing Indian television’s longest running show, C.I.D. which is still on air, is also making a show for the channel. Reportedly, the makers have roped in handsome television star, Fahad Ali, to play the male lead.

According to a reliable source, the forthcoming show will be yet another cop drama with a lot of action and suspense. Tentatively titled Chase, the show will not only mark the comeback of Fahad on the small screen after Balika Vadhu, but it also marks the acting debut of MTV Splitsvilla’s alleged winner Divya Agarwal in the fiction genre.

The team would, apparently, start shooting for the pilot on 28 September.
