'Won't be starting anytime soon,' Karthik Gowda on KGF Chapter 3
KGF:Chapter 2 (2022) has already broken every box office record on this planet. The Yash-starrer Kannada film has impressed the audiences with its thrilling action sequences and gripping screenplay. The film, which was second installment of KGF Chapter 1, surpassed the latter in terms of craze, popularity and box office collection.
It was through the post picture credit that people got to know that KGF Chapter 3 is also on the cards. Producer Vijay Kiragandur too, had admitted that the third film in KGF franchise will roll later this year.

As per reports, Director Prashanth Neel is currently busy with Salaar. Around 30-35% of the shooting is done. The next schedule is slated to begin next week. And the team is hoping to complete the filming by October-November this year. So, Prashanth Neel can plan to begin the shoot for KGF Chapter 3 after October this year, eyeing a 2024 release.
Noteworthy, directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF: Chapter 2 traces the life of Rocky after he captures the Kolar Gold Fields. The action drama is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films and features Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Malavika Avinash in pivotal roles.
