Vijay Sethupathi And Manju Warrier Undergo Intense De-Aging Treatments For Viduthalai Part 2!

Vetrimaaran is without a doubt one of the most outstanding filmmakers working today. His most recent film, ‘Viduthalai Part 1’, is a period criminal thriller set in the 1980s, starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi.

The film gained tremendous appreciation and ended with the promise of a sequel in which Vijay Sethupathi's role will be developed further. According to the most recent news, Manju Warrier would play Vijay Sethupathi's wife in the next film. According to Amrutha Bharathi, a film industry tracker, the couple underwent a de-aging treatment to perform the parts.

What Is Known About ‘Viduthalai Part 2’:

According to rumours, the second installment would focus on Vijay Sethupathi's character, Perumaal Vaathiyaar, and how he came to be a notable rebel leader. It is expected that a substantial portion of the movie would take place in the 1960s, particularly in sequences starring Vijay Sethupathi and Manju Warrier. In addition, Soori, Prakash Raj, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Ilavarasu, and many more have important parts in the film.

Elred Kumar and Vetrimaaran produced the film through their companies, RS Infotainment and Grass Root Film Company. Maestro Ilayaraja wrote the music for the film, and Velraj was in charge of the cinematography. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres in the summer of 2024.

Vijay Sethupathi was most recently seen in the action thriller ‘Jawan’, directed by Atlee. The film starred Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Sanjay Dutt, and many others. The film was released on September 7th to favourable reviews from both fans and reviewers.

The ‘Vikram Vedha’ actor will next be seen in Sriram Raghavan's forthcoming flick ‘Merry Christmas’, in which Katrina Kaif also stars. The film is billed as a thriller and is scheduled to be released on January 12th, 2024.

Manju Warrier was most recently seen in Mahesh Vettiyar's political satire ‘Vellari Pattanam’. Soubin Shahir, Salim Kumar, Shabareesh Varma, and others also appear in the film.

Following that, the actress will appear in Manu Anand's Tamil film ‘Mr. X’. R. Sarathkumar, Arya, Anagha, and others play important parts in the film. In addition, the ‘Asuran’ actress will appear in Rajinikanth's forthcoming project alongside TJ Gnanavel, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 170’, as well as the much-anticipated sequel to ‘Lucifer’, named ‘L2- Empuraan’.
