Veteran Actor, Innocent Vareed Thekkethala Has Passed Away.

The actor was only recently taken to a private hospital in Kochi after complaining of discomfort brought on by a throat infection. Every movie enthusiast and famous person in Malayalam cinema has been stunned by the news of the veteran actor's passing. He had been receiving treatment since March 16.

Innocent, in addition to being an actor, was also a past member of parliament for the Chalakudy LS constituency and the previous leader of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists. (AMMA).

Innocent, an actor best known for his comedic parts, demonstrated that he was a master at handling comedy and had also successfully stirred up emotions in the viewers with his outstanding performances in a number of drama films.

Innocent made his debut in the Malayalam film business in 1972 with the AB Raj-helmed movie "Nrityashala," which was released. With a number of well-known movies and characters, Later Innocent slalomed into the hearts of every Malayali film watcher.

The veteran actor's last appearance was in the movie "Kaduva," where he portrayed Fr. Vattassheril. One of the actor's final roles will be in the forthcoming film "Paachuvum Athbhuthavilakkum," which stars Fahadh Faasil.
