Last seen in action thriller Mahaan (2022) alongside Vikram, popular Tamil actor Bobby Simha has some interesting projects in his pocket. He recently signed on to star in a film set to be directed by debutant filmmaker NS Rakesh. Now, the film has just locked its official title. Also featuring Misha Narang, Prabhu, Senthil, and Rohini on the primary cast, the action thriller has been titled Thadai Udai.

Thadai Udai started rolling today after the Muhurat Puja. It was officially launched in Chennai. Several team members, including the cast and crew, were in attendance at the opening ceremony of the film. If reports are to be believed, a major schedule of the film will kick-start on May 5.

Bobby Simha has come a long way in his career. He began his acting career in 2012 and has delivered a number of successful films ever since. Some of his most notable films include Jigarthanda (2014), Neram (2013), and Soodhu Kavvum (2013).

In addition to Thadai Udai, Bobby Simha will also be seen in the much-anticipated Tamil film Indian 2. Directed by well-known filmmaker Shankar, the film also features Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, and Siddharth in lead roles. A brief portion of the film is yet to be shot.
