Telugu FILMS that ruled the Indian box office in 2022; Here’s the list!

This year it was South Indian films that took over the box office. And it did it once more, but this time it was on a worldwide scale. RRR, an epic fantasy period piece from director SS Rajamouli, delivered another triumph. Cinephiles from all around the world watched the movie as it traveled the seven seas and caught their attention. In other countries, it is still causing a stir. Prior to the US Oscars, RRR won a number of well-known honors.

The life and times of 26/11 hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan served as the basis for the movie. It covers the significant events in Sandeep's life that had a major impact on who he was. It describes his extensive life up till his 2008 shooting death in Mumbai during a gun battle with terrorists attacking innocent civilians. Although the movie has issues, it also has some good parts.

RRR

This alternate history is populated by enormous wild beasts and individuals with superhuman power. The main protagonists, who are based on famous Telugu tribal leaders, are set in 1920. Ram and Bheem battle the might of the British in the movie in a dramatic way.

Karthikeya 2

A low-budget fantasy movie recounts the exploits of Karthik, an adrenaline junkie. Nikhil Siddhartha, Anupama Parameswaran, and Anupam Kher are the lead cast of the film.

Godfather

A great surprise was the official remake of the popular Malayalam film Lucifer. In a politically unstable climate, it depicts the tale of a global mobster who hides in plain sight to protect his family members' lives and futures. The movie is now brisker and energizing thanks to several new ideas contributed by director-writer Mohan Raja.

Virata Parvam

The film portrays the tragic tale of a young girl who adopts a foreign philosophy and decides to live a violent life in order to be with the man of her dreams. After becoming an admirer of his revolutionary writings, she falls in love with a Naxalite leader.
