The makers of RRR on Thursday raised the curtain on the theatrical trailer of the hugely anticipated period action-drama film, directed by acclaimed filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli. The trailer was unveiled at a grand event at a multiplex in Mumbai. Along with S.S. Rajamouli, actors NTR Jr, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt were also in attendance to launch the trailer. Ram Charan could not make it to the event due to some personal reasons.

RRR, which has been in the making since 2018, tells a fictional story about two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR), who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively. The film features Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in special roles.

If the trailer of RRR is anything to go by, all the actors are going to set the screen on fire with their intense performances. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR look incredibly convincing in their parts and so do Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. The film has been made on a lavish budget and that is quite evident. The trailer gives you goosebumps with its scale and intensity.

Before unveiling the theatrical trailer, the makers of the film kept treating the audience with teasers, songs, posters, and other such glimpses. But the theatrical trailer was what everyone had been waiting for with bated breath. Thankfully, the trailer is finally out and it definitely lives up to the huge expectations of the audience not only in India but in several other parts of the world also.

Bankrolled by DVV Entertainments and presented by Lyca ProductionsRRR is one of the most expensive films ever made in India. It has been made on a whopping budget of Rs. 400 crores. The film is set to enter theaters on January 7, 2022, in Telugu and dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
