Shobana, a famous Malayalam actor, was shocked to find out that her own househelp in Chennai had stolen from her. The actress noticed that small amounts of money were going missing from her belongings on a daily basis, so she went to the police and filed a report.

During the investigation that followed, police found out that Shobana's househelp was the one who stole the money. Over the course of a few months, the stolen money added up to a huge Rs. 41,000. It turned out that Shobana had hired the housekeeper, who was from Cuddalore, to take care of her mother, Anandam. But while she was living there, she stole money from the family on a daily basis, which cost them a lot of money.

The cops were shocked to find out that the housekeeper was sending the stolen money to her daughter's bank account with the help of Shobana's daughter. Even though the housekeeper had betrayed her, Shobana made a surprising choice: she decided not to take formal action against her. Instead, she decided to let her go and get the money back from the housekeeper's paycheck.
