On Sunday, Mohan Babu wrote a letter to Tollywood regarding the problems faced by the industry in today’s time. He said that the Telugu film industry means the hopes and aspirations of thousands of people working in this industry and it also means thousands of families who are dependent on this industry for their livelihood.
He pleaded that the entire film industry should come together and discuss the problems faced by the industry and then all should unitedly meet CMs of Telugu states and take the issues to their notice and seek solutions to the problems.
He also said that the industry is not just about four heroes. Four directors and four producers. All are equal in the industry and no one is on top or bottom. He further added that even though we all are equal, unfortunately, the CM only invited four to come and meet them.

Mohan Babu said that the film industry comprises 24 crafts and it belongs to all those who work in these 24 crafts. But only a few Tollywood personalities turned this industry into just four. He said that the problems of small producers also matter and they should be heard too.
He said, “When I was MAA president. I took everyone along and met then AP CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy and sought his help to check piracy. YSR immediately responded and took strong measures. That should be the spirit.”
